I loved this book and bought it on a recommendation from a BASF-newsletter I get on.
It is very easy to read and follow with tons of pictures as well. With this type of work, pictures are an important tool to show what they are talking about. If you are looking to see what is in the production of a real show car, this is for you. If you just improve your body or is considering a crack in my own work here for the first time, this will probably disappoint you.
This is not really what I call a "How To" manual method of taking, but rather a glimpse into the professional effort that would happen to a real show car. It's really amazing to see.
While I enjoyed every page of this book, it was not really what I was looking for. If you do for more information on how your own body work, or you simply want to improve themselves and need tips and advice, there is superior to other books before this one.
