Dr. Seigel has sound advice for managing a world dominated by fast communication styles. I was particularly impressed with his M. A. D. E. acronym for planning email communication (pp. 185-187). It helped me understand how to avoid putting too much detail in emails. He is right on target with a comment about social styles (p. 98) thinking ahead as to how they can interrupt. I like the way he linked examples to characters in the famous Harry Potter novels (p. 45). He demonstrates, on p. 65, how the curse of knowledge can damage us.
